The Delhi-Panipat RRTS project is a proposed semi-high-speed rail corridor connecting Delhi, Sonipat, and Panipat. It is part of the Rapid Rail Transport System's Phase 1, with a maximum train speed of 160 km/h and an average speed of 120 km/h. The project was approved by the Haryana government on January 13, 2021, with an expected completion by February 2023.

The Delhi government initially refused to provide financial support for the project. However, after several meetings, on December 31, 2023, they released an initial fund of 50 crore rupees for the project.

The estimated cost of the project is 2627 crore rupees, and the plan is to complete it by 2028. The project, known as the Karnal Ring Road project, is being developed under the Bharatmala project by the National Highway Authority of India.

The Karnal Ring Road project is an upcoming road project with a length of approximately 34 kilometers and a width of 60 meters. It will pass through 23 villages in the city, with a projected cost of 1700 crore rupees, to be shared equally by the Haryana government and the central government.

The alignment of the Ring Road starts from Karnal Jheer and goes through Merath Road, Kunjpura Road, and Indri Road, connecting to National Highway 44 near Bastara Toll Plaza. This alignment aims to alleviate the increasing traffic pressure on National Highway 44.

Hisar International Airport, officially known as Maharaja Agrasen International Airport, is set to be upgraded to a domestic airport by March 30, 2024. This upgrade aims to enhance air transportation facilities in the region.

Hisar Airport in Haryana state is a public airport with a license, located 5 kilometers northeast of the center of Burt Share on National Highway Nine. It is being developed as an option within the IGIA Airport in Delhi by NCAR. The current expansion of the airport is underway to develop it as an international airport, divided into three phases. The development work of the airport covers areas like MRO Aero Space University, Aero Space and Defense Manufacturing Industrial Zone, Logistics, and Food Court, spread over 10,000 acres. The total estimated cost of all three phases of the airport in 2021 is 5200 crore rupees.

Sasara Airport is located 165 kilometers west of IGIA Airport in Delhi, 255 kilometers north-west of Noida International Airport, and 280 kilometers south-west of the state capital Chandigarh International Airport. The current expansion of Sasara Airport is ongoing, and it is expected to be completed by 2030. It is ranked seventh in the list of Global Cities.

The Haryana government's Global City project includes the development of a futuristic city where one city within another city will function as a Central Business District in NCAR. The project will be developed on 1000 acres near Manesar, featuring world-class infrastructure.

The Global City project in India aims to develop a township with high quality of life. It will be built on the smart city concept and will include office spaces, residential towers, hospitals, hotels, retail outlets, and an exhibition cum convention center. The project was conceptualized in 2019, and the tender for Phase One was awarded in September last year. The first phase includes residential and commercial spaces along with modern infrastructure, with a plan to complete it by December 2026 at an estimated cost of 940 crores on a 1000-acre land.

The Ambala Expressway is part of the Ludhiana-Bareilly Economic Corridor and is currently under construction. It is a greenfield six-lane access-controlled expressway spanning approximately 120 kilometers. Developed under the Bharatmala project at an estimated cost of 3693 crores, the expressway starts from Shamli district in Uttar Pradesh.

The Ambala district in Haryana will witness the Ambala District Expressway project, spanning approximately 45 kilometers in Uttar Pradesh and around 75 kilometers in Haryana. The project aims to boost employment opportunities and enhance social and economic development in the surrounding areas.

The Panipat station redevelopment project, undertaken by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) through a public-private partnership model, aims to upgrade the station to global standards and provide modern facilities to passengers. The project includes transforming the station into a redeveloped railway colony with multi-storey buildings, while the remaining land will be utilized for commercial development.

Panipat Railway Station serves as a major junction in the Delhi NCR region and caters to the industrial city of Panipat. With approximately 118 trains halting daily and 40,000 passengers visiting the station, it features five platforms and falls under the 'A' category. The Haryana government has proposed the Saraswati River revival project, located on the border of Himachal Pradesh, with a capacity of 224 hectares. The project involves constructing the Bapo Dam on the Som River to divert water to Yamunanagar and beyond, benefiting areas like Adi Badri.

The Saraswati River Revival Project in the district involves diverting the flow of the Saraswati River, with a project cost of approximately 88 crore rupees. The project includes construction of canals and reservoirs, with the Haryana government allocating 215 crore rupees for dam construction. The main aim of the project is to collect rainwater through the construction of the Adi Badri Dam, primarily for the revival of the Saraswati River and the development of Saraswati heritage. Additionally, the project plans to provide 61.8 hectares of water annually for drinking and irrigation purposes in Himachal Pradesh.

The Gurugram Metro Project, announced in February, involves the development of a 28.5 km metro line at a cost of 5450 crore rupees. This metro line will connect Millennium City Center to Udyog Vihar Phase Five and Cyber City's Moolchand Avenue Station. It will merge with the existing metro network, adding 27 metro stations. The line will also connect to the Dwarka Expressway through Sector 101, enhancing connectivity between Gurugram and commercial areas in Gurgaon. The Gurugram Rapid Metro links commercial areas in Gurgaon and serves as an interchange station with the Yellow Line at Sikandarpur Metro Station, providing feeder links to the Delhi Metro.

The first phase of the private finance metro project started on November 14, 2013, and currently operates a 12.5 km metro line. Last year, on June 7, 2023, the Central Government's Cabinet approved the extension of the existing metro network by connecting the North Cyber City Metro Station and the South City Center. This extension includes two spurs: one from Basai to Dwarka Expressway covering 2.2 km and the other from Sector Five to Gurgaon Railway Station. Additionally, approval was granted for a third spur connecting Rajangla Chowk as a separate project.

In Haryana, the construction of the world's largest safari park is underway, set to cover approximately 10,000 acres of land. Of this, 6000 acres will be in Gurugram district, while the remaining 4000 acres will be in another district. The park is generating significant interest globally due to its unique features, including a herbivore avenue, a bird park, four zones for vegetarian animals, a zone for foreign fauna, an underwater world tourism zone, botanical gardens, and a jungle safari spanning about 15 km. The construction will be completed in phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion within two years, involving the Tourism Department, Forest Department, Wildlife Department, and Zoo Authority.

Tech Ban and Logic Joo Nam are responsible for the design and layout consultancy of the Safari. They are working on design and DPR, which will soon be completed. The number one project is the Green Feed City project by Reliance1, located near Gurugram in Jajjar, Haryana. The city spans 8000 acres of land and falls under a modern economic township. It is based on the Reliance1 concept and includes recreational parks, sports clubs, completed stations, banks, ATMs, and post offices. The city is being developed on approximately 8000 acres of land, with the first phase covering 1900 acres for which licenses have been obtained. An investment of around 8800 crores has been made in land and infrastructure works, and the project provides excellent connectivity to Delhi through the Camp Expressway, as well as good connectivity to N9, NH48, NH71, and NH10 in the NCR region.
