Refund / Return Policy
At Nutshell, we value our customers and strive to provide the best user experience possible. We are confident that you will love our app and enjoy using it. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected.
Refund requests for Nutshell app subscriptions will be considered within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can contact our customer support team at email@example.com and submit a refund request. We will review your request and get back to you within 5 business days.
Please note that refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Refunds will only be granted for the subscription amount paid. Any usage time or data from the subscription will be forfeited.
Refunds will not be granted for free trials or promotional offers.
Refunds can only be granted for subscriptions purchased directly from Nutshell. If you purchased your subscription through a third-party vendor, you will need to follow their return policy.
Nutshell reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we believe that the request is fraudulent or does not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
